Frequently asked questions
Straight answers about how PRISM matches tutors, delivery, curricula and privacy.
How does PRISM choose a tutor for my child?
We start by understanding the learner, subject, curriculum, level, goal, pace, preferred mode and schedule. We then match a suitable tutor to that specific profile, rather than asking you to pick blindly from a directory.
Are lessons online or in-person?
We offer online lessons across the UAE, and in-person lessons where a suitable tutor's availability is confirmed for your area. We will always tell you honestly which is available for your request.
Which curricula and boards do you support?
British National Curriculum, Cambridge, IGCSE, GCSE, AS/A Level, IB (PYP, MYP, Diploma), American Curriculum, AP, Edexcel, SABIS, CBSE, ICSE and ISC.
What ages and levels do you cover?
From Year 1 through Year 13, plus exam candidates, university students and working professionals.
How much does tutoring cost?
Because every learner's needs differ, we prepare a recommendation and price after understanding your requirement. Tell us what the learner needs and we will respond with clear next steps.
How do I get started?
Use Find My Learning Route to describe what you need in a few short steps, or contact us on WhatsApp or by phone. We will map the requirement and suggest a suitable route.
Can PRISM help with university assignments?
We explain concepts, teach methods, review work and coach exam technique. We protect academic integrity and do not complete assessed work on a learner's behalf.
Do you keep my information private?
Yes. We collect only what we need to help, keep sensitive details optional, and never send your enquiry contents to advertising or analytics tools.
