How PRISM Learning collects, uses and protects personal information, with particular care for children.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to help: the learner's requirement, and a name and contact so we can respond. Sensitive details (such as accommodations) are always optional, clearly labelled, and used only to match appropriately.
How we use it
To understand the requirement, match a suitable tutor or course, and contact you about your enquiry. We record a consent timestamp and the page an enquiry came from.
What we never do
We never send your enquiry contents, names, phone numbers, school reports or a child's details to analytics or advertising tools. We block non-essential trackers until you consent.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. Retention and deletion timeframes are configured as policy once confirmed with the business.
